Two pricing options are available for short-term rentals:

1) A flat 25% fee on all bookings

2) Management Fee + Maintenance Fee + Cleaning Fee + Supplies

Pricing for traditional long-term property management services is a flat 10% fee. Custom pricing is available for multiple properties under Paramount Realty Solutions management.
