Founded in 2024 by David Shepard, Paramount Realty Solutions was built on a deep passion for hospitality and real estate. Shepard’s journey began during his college years, working for world-class resorts like Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and Dolphin Bay Resort. These experiences sparked a fascination with hospitality, property management, and the art of creating exceptional guest experiences.
After college, Shepard managed a private real estate portfolio worth over $100 million in Laguna Beach, California. Operating in one of the state's most highly regulated coastal markets, he honed his expertise in property management, high-end client service, and navigating complex municipal standards.
In 2023, David Shepard relocated from sunny California to the rolling hills of the Palouse in Moscow, Idaho. Inspired by his experiences in hospitality and high-end property management, he founded Paramount Realty Solutions to bring professional, client-focused management to the region.

Who We Serve
For vacation rentals, our focus is on curating unique and welcoming experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. For long-term rentals, we prioritize maximizing rental income while ensuring real estate assets are managed with the highest level of care and responsibility.
While we currently do not provide management services in Washington State, we look forward to expanding our footprint into Washington and across Idaho in the near future.
